A bubble sits over whatever app you are in. Tap it and the message is already copied — paste it into Uber, Bolt or inDrive. They verify on a web page with no app to install.

What other drivers reported within 500 m in the last 90 days, and at what hours. Counts, never a colour-coded map: this describes a corner and a season, not a place or the people in it.

What a passenger types
What it will not tell you.
Nothing about who a passenger is. Uber and Bolt give a first name and nothing else, and we will not build a way to look somebody up by their phone number — that is a tool for finding people, and it would be used as one. A passenger proves who they are by choosing to. If they will not, that is the answer, and you have it before you arrive.
